7月20日，義烏市市場監(jiān)管局稠江監(jiān)管所查處一例著作權侵權案，當場查獲大量標識為“KUMAMON”文字及熊圖案的涉嫌侵權產(chǎn)品，涉案貨值兩萬余元。這是義烏市市場監(jiān)管局成立后，由基層監(jiān)管所辦理的首例著作權侵權案件。

經(jīng)辦案人員核實，涉案產(chǎn)品源自外貿(mào)尾單。因當事人未能提供相關材料以證明其合法來源，執(zhí)法人員對這批貨物進行了扣押。在一系列證據(jù)面前，當事人承認了違法事實。市場監(jiān)管部門對這批侵權產(chǎn)品予以沒收，并處以一萬元的行政處罰。
